Reporting infringing content
If you believe content on GetIndexed infringes your copyright, file a DMCA notice with our designated agent (registered with the U.S. Copyright Office).
The fastest way is our abuse report form (choose “Copyright”) — it reaches our team and is logged. You can also email the designated agent directly. Your notice must include all of the following or we cannot act on it:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A URL or sufficiently specific description of the material on GetIndexed that you claim is infringing.
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
