This is a free, instant crawl, so it's capped at 25 pages and 20 seconds. For a full crawl of a large site, use a dedicated crawler or your CMS's sitemap plugin.
Does it respect robots.txt?
It only follows on-site links from the page you give it and never hammers a host. For production sitemaps, generate server-side so every canonical URL is included.
